From Setbacks to Setups is an intimate, facilitated salon experience that stemmed from two things: a book about setbacks and a newsletter called The Sunday Setup.

The throughline is simple: the setback was never the full story. The setup is what you do next.

Equal parts structured conversation and open exchange, each session brings together a curated group of professionals to talk honestly about pivots, disruption, and what comes next. The format is intentionally small so that every person in the room has space to speak, to be heard, and to leave with something they can actually use.

Attendees called it "an inspiring and magical room" filled with "smart, strong, and diverse women from all walks of life, all willing to share a moment with strangers."
